Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Orion and the responsibilities that apply to accounts, subscriptions, user content, hosted repositories and apps, and AI-assisted features.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Orion, including the website, macOS app, Orion Cloud (repositories, deploys, hosted apps, and board), billing, and related services.
By using Orion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Orion.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, API tokens, and activity under your account. Keep credentials and tokens confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and comply with laws that apply to your use of Orion.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and usage limits are shown in the product or checkout flow. Fees are charged through our payment processor. Except where required by law or stated in the checkout flow, purchases are non-refundable.
Model usage for coding agents may be billed by the third-party providers you connect (for example through subscriptions you already have). Orion may charge separately for Orion Cloud features such as hosted app deploys.
Acceptable use
Do not use Orion to break the law, violate others' rights, distribute malware or abusive content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, bypass rate or plan limits, abuse free usage, or resell access without permission.
You are responsible for the code, content, and applications you host or deploy through Orion Cloud. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect Orion, users, providers, or the public.
Your content
You retain rights you have in source code, repositories, prompts, board content, uploads, agent sessions, and other content you submit or create through Orion, subject to third-party model provider terms and applicable law.
You grant Orion the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, store, deploy, and otherwise operate the service for your content.
AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, merging, or deploying it.
Orion is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other expert advice.
Third-party services
Orion depends on third-party model providers, authentication providers, hosting, storage, payment processors, analytics, and other infrastructure services.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, availability, rate limits, and content rules.
Service changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, models, pricing, plans, limits, or integrations. We may also interrupt service for maintenance, security, provider issues, or operational reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
Orion is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
